Open pdf with preview instead of adobe flash player. The correct type is application/pdf for PDF, not application/force-download. Always use the correct mimetype if you can.If you have control over the server code:. This looks like a hack for some legacy browsers.
Open up Chegg E-book to PDF.exe
Enter your Chegg login credentials, then press Login.
Books should be loaded in now. If not, press Fetch Books, or check your login credentials and Login again.
Click on a book and press Download Selected Book.
Wait for all the pages to be printed and built into a PDF.
After program claims its complete, the PDF will be located in the directory named after the e-ISBN.
Please read below if you experience problems.
- Download halts/freezes. If this happens, delays might need to be increased in the settings.
- Program sometimes does not close out the process completely, which eats up the memory. If this happens, end the process with task manager.
- No sign of progress? Your book might possibly not be compatible. Certain Chegg eBooks use a different format that will not work with the current method used to snapshot the pages. Here are some signs that a book might not be compatible:
- Page heights vary from page to page.
- The next button is not located horizontally, but instead vertically.
- Having problems that aren't listed here? Try a previous version.

The online textbook vendor is launching a new 'read while you wait' feature on Tuesday night that gives its customers access to an ebook version of some books while the paper versions ship.
